The position is responsible for managing loads and route planning for customer orders.

Essential Functions

Determine effective asset and driver utilization
Monitor daily delivery schedule for drivers
Receive orders from customers and create loads in dispatch systems
Complete and verify driver paperwork for each load
Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, dispatchers, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Admin support including payroll and billing

Qualifications

High school diploma
Transportation and supervisory experience preferred
